  • Direct & manage ceremony rehearsal

  • Onboarding to discuss where you are in the planning process and where to start with recommendations. 
  • Monthly checklist items on what to do next in the planning process
  • Assistance with sourcing décor, vendors and other wedding related items
  • 45 day details meeting to go over final details
  • 3 week vendor take over - Confirmations, communications and management of last minutes issues will be owned by Married Poppins. 
  • Custom timeline creation and distribution to all wedding vendors
  • Direct & manage ceremony rehearsal 

Wedding Day

  • 12 hours of service with coordinator (Additional hours and assistant(s) may be required based on size of wedding)
  • Greet & direct all vendors, guests and bridal party.
  • Provide Married Poppins Bridal Emergency kit
  • Décor Setup | Signage, table numbers, candles, seat assignments, favors, welcome table items and other items mutually discussed. (Does not include ceremony chairs and reception tables but can be added in advance with possible additional fee)
  • Manage pre-ceremony activities such as first looks, wedding day gifts and more
  • Coordinate ceremony procession with Bridal Party and Family
  • Assist guests, family and wedding party with any needs. 
  • Safely secure wedding gifts & cards immediately following wedding ceremony
  • Coordinate reception events with contracted vendors according to timeline
  • Pack up décor items, guest book and all other personal items and placed in designated vehicle or location for pick up.

When you send an inquiry to Married Poppins, you will receive a questionnaire in return to complete.

Following the consultation, you will receive a proposal of services to review and discuss as a couple.

After completing the questionnaire, you can choose either a video or in person consultation to go over the questionnaire & service quotes.

Sign & Secure 

When you are ready to book, - sign the agreement, secure your date with the deposit and our work begins!
